Shipping Policy

We ship to all Ontario addresses where there's a 19+ person there to receive it (no PO boxes). Email us at sales@thirdmoonbrewing.com for questions about timing. We send an info email on this within 24 hours from your shipping order placement. We do our best to help with any shipping address issues but will pass on to you any additional courier charges arising from customer-provided address errors/omissions. Any cancelled orders due to a non-deliverable address will be refunded minus the cost of shipping. During courier high-volume times such as long weekends and holiday seasons, potential delays may occur which are beyond our control so we do not have guaranteed shipping dates as we have no control over other companies.
