"Third State" is a 7% Chocolate Milk Stout brewed in collaboration with @transientartisanales. We've been huge fans of Transient since well before Third Moon opened so it was really special to finally meet Chris in Latvia at @rigapours. We got together afterwards to brew this stout with a complex blend of roasted grains, a kiss of milk sugar and loads of chocolate at every step of the brewing process.
