"Epoch (Passion Fruit Dragon Fruit Guava)" is a fun 5% sour ale we packed with 3 fruits that make us think of warmer places: passion fruit, dragon fruit and guava. In puree form, these fruits aren't as thick as some other fruits but they're damn delicious together and the dragon fruit gives off a gorgeous colour in the glass.

You must keep these consistently cold (in your fridge) or additional fermentation will take place and they can burst. Keep them upside down as well to prevent all that fruit from settling and sticking to the bottom of the can. For extra fun, put in the freezer for up to 1 hour (set a timer!) before drinking. However you choose to enjoy it, please drink within a few weeks of purchase as fruit is always better fresh.

"Slushie-style" means you can expect a little thicker consistency than our original Epoch sours.
