"Observation" is our single hop series where we keep everything the same in the base beer and only change the dry hop. This allows us to 'observe' in a controlled way what aromas and flavours different hops give off, either alone or in a blend.

For this batch, we are highlighting Manilita hops from Freestyle. This experimental hop has been all the rage lately so we're putting it on centre stage for all to see and enjoy!

This is also the introduction of a new label for this beer and series going forward. We've also launched a new glass with the 'hop reaper' design which you can find in our glassware section. Cheers!
