"Slay-ke" is a 6.5% Hazy IPA collaboration with our friends from Slake Brewing in Prince Edward County, Ontario.

Like all of Slake's beers, this was made using 100% Ontario grains from @barnowlmalt. We then hopped it with the powerhouse trio of Freestyle Nelson Sauvin and our hand-selected Mosaic & Simcoe from Yakima Chief Hops.

It drinks like a perfect blend of our two approaches to IPA brewing and we're thrilled with how it turned out!

Tasting Notes

The nose is inviting with tangerine and lychee suggesting more sweetness than the flavour delivers. Notes of peach and mandarin orange follow through to the finish.
