"C3leste" is a new 5.2% hazy pale ale we brewed in celebration of our 4th anniversary with our friends from 5e Baron in Quebec who share our same birthday! It's brewed with oats and hopped with our hand-selected Simcoe and Citra from Yakima Chief as well as Azacca.

In May of 2020, while most of the world was watching Tiger King and figuring out how Zoom worked, two breweries opened on the same day - 5e Baron in Aylmer, Quebec and Third Moon in Milton, Ontario. The next year, we both were awarded Ratebeer's Best New Brewer awards. Over the last 4 years, we have grown alongside our friends at 5e Baron and are proud to have made it another year around the sun with them. For this year's birthday collaboration, we wanted to highlight our flagship beers and do a recipe swap/mash-up of our Rise and there Celeste pale ales.
