"Observation" is our single hop series where we keep everything the same in the base beer and only change the dry hop. This allows us to 'observe' in a controlled way what aromas and flavours different hops give off, either alone or in a blend.

For this batch, we are highlighting Paradisi, hops. This is an Experimental hop from Freestyle we are grateful to have been able to get our hands on for this beer. Welcome to Paradise with this juicy friend!
