"Observation" is a new series for us to play around with different hop combinations so we can 'observe' how they work together and discover which combinations bring new flavours we don't normally see in individual hops.

For this first batch, we brewed a base IPA that is heavy with oats. We hopped it with our hand-selected Mosaic as a backbone and added some BRU-1 and Idaho Gem to the mix.
