"Observation" is our series where we keep everything the same in the base beer and only change the dry hop. This allows us to 'observe' in a controlled way what aromas and flavours different hops give off, either alone or in a blend.

For this batch, we are highlighting Tango, a German hop which we find to be very complex and delicious.
