"Winterseed" is a 6.5% Hazy IPA brewed with oats and wheat, hopped with a symbolic combination of Mosaic and Talus. This is one of the last single IPAs we've brewed this winter, intended as a seed to bloom in spring. To align with the label art, we chose hops that would bring mixed berries (to nourish) and earthy notes (to grow the seed) for enjoying in the spring.
