"Winterseed" is a new IPA brewed with oats and hopped with a symbolic combination of Mosaic, Talus and Lotus. This is the last beer we brewed in winter as a seed to bloom in spring. To tie in with the label art, we chose hops that would bring mixed berries (to nourish) and earthy notes (to grow the seed) so that this beer could blossom (like the Lotus flower that it is) in early spring.

Tasting Notes

We get earthy notes of mixed berries with vanilla hints. Overall it is balanced with medium bitterness and sweetness.
