"Observation" is our series of beers where we keep everything the same except for the hop combinations. We've really enjoyed experimenting with what hop combinations bring so we decided to expand the series out and make a pale ale version this time.

For this beer "Observation (Nelson Sauvin & Hallertau Blanc)", we brewed a nice 5.2% base filled with plenty of oats and hopped it with Nelson Sauvin and Hallertau Blanc. This hop combination is incredible!
