"Conjuration 18" is the newest iteration in a series of experimental IPAs to be used as a playground to try out anything and everything related to hoppy beers! With each iteration, we are trying different ingredients and processes with an ultimate goal of using these experiments to elevate all of the beer we produce.

This particular version is a 6.5% West Coast Style IPA brewed with pilsner malt and fermented clean before being dry hopped with the dankest Columbus we could find.

We love to cut through the haze every now and then to remind ourselves how the IPAs we fell in love with years ago tasted. That's the spirit of Conj 18: getting nostalgic and brewing something on the opposite side (coast even!) of our typical flavour spectrum.

Tasting Notes

Expect dank grapefruit and orange oil with moderate bitterness and a dry, clean finish that leaves sticky lacing coating the glass.
