"Heat Death" is a new 6.5% West Coast IPA we made in collaboration with our friends at Black Hole Bistro in Perimeter Institute, a world-leading centre for theoretical physics in Waterloo. It's been hopped properly and appropriately with two beauties: Galaxy and Hallertau Blanc.
