"Left Hand Path (Mosaic)" is part of our series where we showcase different hops in a West Coast style IPA. We've been absolutely loving the Mosaic we've been getting from Yakima Chief so we're putting it on centre stage in this version.

As much as we love hazy IPAs (and trust us, we love them), nothing quenches quite like a westie. Our goal with this series is to keep that west coast drinkability while showcasing the highly fruit-forward hops we love in hazy IPAs.
