"Left Hand Path (Mosaic)" is the third batch of our series in which we showcase different hops in a West Coast style IPA. We've been absolutely loving the Mosaic we've been getting from Yakima Chief so couldn't wait to put it on centre stage in this version.

As much as we love hazy IPAs (and trust us, we love them), nothing quenches quite like a westie. Our goal with this series is to keep that west coast drinkability while showcasing the highly fruit-forward hops we love in hazy IPAs.
