"Left Hand Path (Simcoe)" is the fourth batch of our series in which we showcase different hops in a West Coast style IPA. This time we're highlighting our hand-selected Simcoe from Yakima Chief. Simcoe is such a versatile hop that displays different notes depending on which other hops it's combined with so we're excited to share this with you to see what Simcoe brings on its own in this style.

As much as we love hazy IPAs (and trust us, we love them), nothing quenches quite like a westie. Our goal with this series is to keep that west coast drinkability while showcasing the highly fruit-forward hops we love in hazy IPAs.

Tasting Notes

Out of the gate, it's a big show of dank, earthy lemon drops with the Simcoe showing as a much more traditional West Coast hop than previous batches of Left Hand Path.
